Skills-based volunteering in Tanzania 2026 brings together top-tier professionals from leading companies around the world to support women, youth, and persons with disabilities in Kilimanjaro through strategic mentorship in finance, tech, and business growth.

Human-centered Design
We start by listening. Our team collaborates directly with TUSONGE and local entrepreneurs to understand lived experiences, cultural dynamics, and business realities. Together, we design a program that addresses real barriers, not assumed ones.
Skilled-based Volunteering
Each week, 10–13 professionals from global companies bring their technical expertise to support entrepreneurs in different areas. Volunteers facilitate both group workshops and 1:1 mentorship, ensuring knowledge is contextualized and applied.
Peer Mentorship
A dynamic, one-on-one exchange between global professionals and local entrepreneurs. It’s not just about delivering knowledge; it’s about building confidence, trust, and agency through authentic connection.
Workshops with Impact
Every workshop is linked to long-term outcomes: Improved income stability, Community leadership, Scalable local businesses, Strengthened nonprofit capacity.
We also embed Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) to track impact across time.
