The program addressed barriers like limited credit access, low digital literacy, and gender-based exclusion, helping participants strengthen their businesses and preserve cultural heritage.

JORDAN 2025

In early 2025, we partnered with Ruwwad and the YWCA in East Amman to equip women, youth, and refugees with skills in Marketing, Product Design, Entrepreneurship, and IT. Tanzania 2025

Volunteers, partners, and local leaders gathered at the Tusonge C.D.O Learning Centre in Moshi, Kilimanjaro during the 2025 Digital & Business Summit — a powerful collaboration to empower women through digital entrepreneurship training, community dialogue, and inclusive innovation.

At the start of 2025, we worked with TUSONGE to assist rural entrepreneurs in Kilimanjaro, especially women, facing barriers to growth. Workshops and one-on-one mentorship in marketing, finance, and technology equipped participants with tools to expand their businesses and improve livelihoods.

Over two weeks, 17 skilled volunteers from top global corporations led sessions on business, marketing, finance, HR, and IT; strengthened the Business Support Centre; and provided one-on-one mentorship. The initiative advanced Ruwwad’s mission by expanding local skills, improving resources, and fostering sustainable community development.

PANAMA 2024

With 34 volunteers from leading global companies, we delivered daily workshops in Business and Entrepreneurship and provided tailored one-on-one mentoring in sales, digital marketing, and finance. The program empowered 17 entrepreneurs, to overcome resource and credit barriers, strengthening their businesses and economic independence.
