We worked with local NGOs to empower Indigenous entrepreneurs in Panama City, especially women, through workshops, mentorship, and networking. The program addressed barriers like limited credit access, low digital literacy, and gender-based exclusion, helping participants strengthen their businesses and preserve cultural heritage.
In early 2025, we partnered with Ruwwad and the YWCA in East Amman to equip women, youth, and refugees with skills in Marketing, Product Design, Entrepreneurship, and IT. Through mentorship and training, the program tackled unemployment and resource gaps, creating new opportunities for economic participation.
In early 2025, we supported entrepreneurs in Viña del Mar as they recovered from the 2024 wildfires. Through mentorship, business training, and digital marketing support, the program helped participants rebuild their businesses, regain customers, and strengthen community resilience.
At the start of 2025, we worked with TUSONGE to assist rural entrepreneurs in Kilimanjaro, especially women, facing barriers to growth. Workshops and one-on-one mentorship in marketing, finance, and technology equipped participants with tools to expand their businesses and improve livelihoods.
In 2024, we collaborated with Ruwwad to enhance their programs for adolescents and entrepreneurs in Jordan. Over two weeks, 17 skilled volunteers from top global corporations led sessions on business, marketing, finance, HR, and IT; strengthened the Business Support Centre; and provided one-on-one mentorship. The initiative advanced Ruwwad’s mission by expanding local skills, improving resources, and fostering sustainable community development.
In 2024, we partnered with the FSC Indigenous Foundation to support Indigenous entrepreneurs in Panama City through a three-week skills-based volunteering program. With 34 volunteers from leading global companies, we delivered daily workshops in Business and Entrepreneurship and provided tailored one-on-one mentoring in sales, digital marketing, and finance. The program empowered 17 entrepreneurs, to overcome resource and credit barriers, strengthening their businesses and economic independence.
In 2023, we partnered with HHC Romania and volunteers from Salesforce, DocuSign, Apple, and Netflix to improve job prospects and self-esteem for children and young adults in state care. Over two weeks, the program delivered training in English, IT, workforce readiness, and soft skills, equipping participants with tools for future success.
In 2018, we worked with Anugrah to strengthen strategic planning, and capacity building. Our team supported the organization in identifying human resource gaps, prioritizing key initiatives, and adopting a customer-focused approach. The collaboration fostered shared decision-making among stakeholders and laid the groundwork for long-term growth.
